At Manitobah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new mukluks or moccasins aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely packed for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
